Council Tax premiums for 2027-28 – have your say | PembrokeshireCC News

Pembrokeshire County Council is carrying out a consultation on the premiums that apply to second and long-term empty homes.

The consultation seeks views on:

Council Tax premiums for second homes for 2026-27
Council Tax premiums for long-term empty homes 2026-27
How any funding raised from the premiums in 2026-27 should be spent

Cabinet will consider any changes to Council Tax premiums later this year so it is important that we have all the information available to us to aid decision making.

The closing date for completed responses is 10 August 2026.
